Biography
Malani Papiah is an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa and a member of the Johannesburg Society of Advocates. Admitted in April 2026, she earned her LLB degree cum laude from UNISA and is currently advancing her specialization through an LLM in Tax Law and mediation accreditation. Her professional background is supported by a National Diploma in Commercial Practice and extensive experience in the corporate sector. This foundation provides her with a practical, business-oriented perspective that complements her legal practice. Currently focused on developing a versatile practice, Malani is a member of the Legal Practice Council and is committed to maintaining high standards of advocacy and professional ethics within the South African legal framework. She brings an analytical and disciplined approach to her work, underpinned by a distinguished academic record.
