Biography
Etienne obtained his BA and LLB degrees from the then Rand Afrikaans University. He joined the Bar in 1996 after having completed his articles.
He acts as a judge from time to time, also in the recently introduced insolvency court.
He advises on all aspects of financial regulation and compliance.
His practice is of a general commercial nature with an emphasis on insolvency law, financial regulatory work, and administrative law
