Biography
Ernst commenced practice as member of the Johannesburg Bar in July 1999. Prior to joining the Bar, he was employed by the Department of Justice as clerk at the State Attorney’s office, and later as District and Regional Court Prosecutor, whilst studying law through the University of South Africa. He has a general civil litigation practice with a focus on the law of contract, bank law, insolvency and other commercial matters, as well as delict.
