Biography
Before being called to the Bar, Hannah completed her articles of clerkship and was admitted as an attorney.
She runs a general litigation practice, with an interest in expanding her expertise into specialised areas of law.
Hannah aims to adapt to the evolving legal landscape through her commitment to providing innovative legal insights and fostering client-focused solutions.
In 2022, Hannah completed the 40-hour mediation training course with an institution accredited by the Dispute Settlement Accreditation Council “DiSAC” and thereafter registered with a recognised mediation organisation as defined in the Mediation Protocol of the Gauteng Division.
Hannah’s mediation expertise lies in commercial and civil disputes. As such, she is suitably qualified to mediate disputes falling under the following categories (this is not an exhaustive list):
- Neighbour disputes
- Landlord-tenant issues
- Contractual disputes
- Business partnership conflicts
- Consumer complaints
- Employment disputes
- Construction disputes
At the heart of Hannah’s approach to mediation is impartial, confidential, and cost-effective dispute resolution. Constructive mediation is geared towards preserving relationships, minimising conflict and providing a channel for effective communication between parties on opposite sides of the fence.
As a firm believer in the good that alternative dispute resolution can do in our court system, Hannah’s mediation techniques are practical and aim to promote access to justice.
