Biography
Jacob has 25 years’ experience as a prosecutor – 8 years in the lower courts and 17 years in the High Court, mainly prosecuting matters relating to asset forfeiture and organised crime. He was also a prosecutor in the Specialised Commercial Crimes Court, dealing with criminal matters such as Fraud and Corruption, amongst others. He was the Acting Chief Prosecutor of Johannesburg in 2022/2023 before he was called to the Bar.
