Luzelle commenced her career at IDASA – the Institute for Democratic Alternatives in South Africa. During 2005 and 2006, she served at the City of Cape Town. During this period, she gained valuable experience working in Constitutional Law and Public Administration Law.
After joining the Bar in 2008, Luzelle pursued a civil litigation practice which offered counsel in matters pertaining from Medical Negligence Law to Construction Law.
Apart from numerous Labour Court reviews and applications, she has also participated in arbitrations at the CCMA and chaired various labour-related disciplinary matters.
