Biography
Nomvula Nhlapho climbed the ranks to be admitted as an advocate in 2019. While working part-time, she earned a National Diploma in Legal Assistance (Paralegal) in 2009 from the Tshwane University of Technology (TUT).
She then gained experience at the Department of Correctional Services (DCS) during in-service training, and in 2011, she was appointed as a paralegal at Ramapuputla Incorporated Attorneys.
In 2014, she joined the Office of the Chief Justice as a pool Judge’s clerk and was assigned to Judge Keightley in 2018. That same year, she obtained her LLB degree from the University of South Africa (Unisa). Nomvula became a member of the Johannesburg Society of Advocates (Grayston Chambers) in 2020.
She has been involved and done matters for various Municipalities, evictions applications, civil trials in the Magistrate court, her practice has been mostly motion court including Urgent applications.
